No one makes hot chocolate like they do in Spain! This is a thick sumptuous treat that is more of a desert than a drink. It’s so thick you can dip things in it.

3tbsp of cocoa powder (per person)
150ml milk (per person)
splash of cream
Directions
- Pour 150 ml of milk per person into a small saucepan and place on a hob
- Add the cocoa powder when the milk has boiled. Do not turn off the hob
- Mix thoroughly until it has been mixed together
- If any lumps that is a good sign it means you made this very well
- Serve in a small or big cup and DONE
